ABC News: Bush: Kerry Unable to Win War on Terror

Bush thinks Kerry can't win the war on terror, well then I guess it's a good thing that the mission has already been accomplished, so he doesn't really have to. But even if Bush may have been a little premature in his victory speech, it still shouldn't matter whether or not Kerry can win the War on Terror, since Bush doesn't think it can be won anyway. But then I guess no one really understood what he really meant. And this guy calls someone else a flip-flopper? Amazing.
