Happy Festivus!

I'm tired of all the arguing and complaining about Merry Christmas vs. Happy Holidays and who should or shouldn't be able to say what to whom, and who's allowed to be offended by what, I just don't care. So, I've decided to ignore the whole thing and celebrate a holiday that everyone should be able to appreciate, a festivus for the rest of us!

Festivus is tomorrow (December 23rd), so get your aluminum poles out, start working out what grievances you want to air, and prepare for the feats of strength.

P.S. A donation has been made in your name to The Human Fund.

My aluminum pole is already up. Still, I have to buy Christmas presents for non-Festivus-celebrating family members. When in a crowded store feeling stressed, I find it helpful to let out a hearty: SERENITY NOW!!!

Thanks for the link, that was pretty funny. Another good reason to ignore all that crap in favor of Festivus.

Christmas Presents??? That's what the Human Fund donations are for.

I also find it suprising when I am linked to someone else's blog, not that it's happened that often. anyway, I ran across yours and thought it was funny. You may have also mentioned a hatred (or at least dislike) of George Bush, I don't remember specifically in your case, but that's usually the main reason I link to people.
